Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and grow relationships with employee benefits consultants, pharmacy consultants, and other key influencers in the employer health ecosystem.
  • Secure commercial agreements and formal partnerships with consulting firms and their client networks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A relationship-driven B2B sales professional with 7+ years of experience, ideally in digital health, PBMs, benefits, or healthcare services.
  • Proven success selling to or through consultants, brokers, or advisors.
  • Exceptional networking skills and comfort connecting with stakeholders at all levels in both formal and social settings.
  • Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage and grow your own pipeline.
  • Comfortable traveling to partner offices, industry events, and conferences as needed.
