Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12 years of progressive accounting experience
3+ years as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Manager
CPA (strongly preferred)
Big 4 audit foundation (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC preferred)
Hands-on ERP expertise (Sage Intacct or NetSuite)
Chart of accounts design experience
Deep technical accounting fluency (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718)
Tax compliance experience
409A and equity accounting experience
Experience in healthcare or health tech preferred
Genuine AI fluency (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
Demonstrated close and reporting automation
