Senior HR Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support leaders and employees across all functions
- Coach and support directors and senior managers on people challenges
- Own employee relations end-to-end
- Partner with People Ops on the employee lifecycle
- Administer leave of absence cases
- Build and maintain HR policy infrastructure
- Own benefits administration end-to-end
- Ensure ongoing compliance with employment law
- Curate and coordinate learning and development resources for managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of HR/HRBP experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases
- Strong manager coaching instincts
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience supporting performance management, compensation, leveling, and promotion decisions
- Effective across a distributed workforce
- Working knowledge of US employment law
- Hands-on experience with leave of absence administration
- Experience owning or co-owning benefits programs
- Comfort writing and maintaining HR policies and employee handbooks
