About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support leaders and employees across all functions
  • Coach and support directors and senior managers on people challenges
  • Own employee relations end-to-end
  • Partner with People Ops on the employee lifecycle
  • Administer leave of absence cases
  • Build and maintain HR policy infrastructure
  • Own benefits administration end-to-end
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with employment law
  • Curate and coordinate learning and development resources for managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of HR/HRBP experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases
  • Strong manager coaching instincts
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Experience supporting performance management, compensation, leveling, and promotion decisions
  • Effective across a distributed workforce
  • Working knowledge of US employment law
  • Hands-on experience with leave of absence administration
  • Experience owning or co-owning benefits programs
  • Comfort writing and maintaining HR policies and employee handbooks
