About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own clinical quality across the provider network, ensuring adherence to evidence-based guidelines and company care models
- Conduct chart reviews, audits, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care
- Lead clinical performance improvement initiatives
- Directly manage and supervise providers (NPs, W2 MDs, and 1099 MDs)
- Lead clinical onboarding and training for new providers
- Build a strong clinical culture centered on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- MD, DO, or NP with active, unrestricted license
- 7+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth or virtual care
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing or supervising providers
- Strong track record of driving clinical quality and provider performance
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations and product teams
