About the role
- Own Email & Lifecycle Campaigns
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot and/or Customer.io
- Develop and manage automated lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Execute both one off campaigns and always-on nurture flows
- Create advanced audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and relevance
- Continuously refine messaging based on member behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement data
- Track and report on campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversion, and engagement
- Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Support forecasting and performance reporting for marketing and leadership
- Partner with Design and Communications to deliver cohesive, high quality member experiences
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align on communications calendar and member touchpoints
- Incorporate direct mail and other channels where relevant to create integrated campaigns
- Propose and execute new campaign ideas, including evergreen and seasonal initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention through new channels or approaches
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing
- Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data driven decisions
- Comfortable running A/B tests and translating results into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, and Design
