About the role
- Manage resources, performance, and talent development for Solution Delivery Consultants
- Responsible for recruiting new Solution Delivery Consultants
- Provide general management and administration of the technical team
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to mentor, coach, and improve the team's consulting skills
- Create and maintain a mechanism for tracking all bugs, feature requests, and technical issues across the team's workload
- Manage technical escalations for the consultant team, driving resolutions and directly engaging with customers
- Assist in validating New Product Introduction (NPI) requirements to ensure technical management approves NPI releases
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Identify and share technical industry-wide trends as needed
- Support the technical management of co-delivery vendors and channel partners
- Manage technical and delivery processes
- Responsible for the internal delivery tool strategy
- Maintain strong relationships with all departments throughout the global Professional Services organization
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in the Unified Communication or Contact Center space; Cloud experience preferred
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to innovate within Service organizations
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in developing and mentoring technical teams
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
