Design innovative Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud solutions to improve Lead-to-Opportunity processes.
Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and IT to gather and document business requirements.
Act as primary resource for GTM tech stack tools from conception to implementation.
Customize Salesforce with fields, workflows, automations; translate business to technical requirements.
Design and optimize contact lifecycle, lead scoring, routing, and lead management processes across GTM tools.
Analyze and optimize Marketing-to-Lead-to-Opportunity workflows; integrate Lead-to-Opportunity with Quote-to-Cash processes.
Partner with marketing to design, execute, and optimize campaigns; use A/B testing and analytics.
Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud; implement AI-driven lead scoring.
Build dashboards to track campaign ROI, lead conversion, pipeline health, and QTC efficiency.
Manage end-to-end Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects.
Requirements
Previous experience on the Salesforce platform
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Marketing Automation tools.
Deep knowledge and experience in implementing Marketing Processes, Sales Processes, and Pipeline management such as Campaign Management, Lead management, account management, opportunity management, Territory Management, Quote & Forecasting, etc.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, validation rules, etc.
Strong Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce
Good understanding of Einstein Analytics
