About the role
- Partner directly with 8x8 solution architects and our enterprise clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver integrations aligned to Statements of Work (SOW).
- Build/Scope and implement custom applications and integrations using 8x8 APIs and third-party tools.
- Manage deployment and configuration of 8x8 systems, ensuring successful implementation across complex environments.
- Present solutions clearly to a range of stakeholders—from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Support the achievement of professional services revenue goals and contribute to solution profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages including, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration methodologies with third-party systems.
- Experience with NLP and conversational AI/ML solutions (chat and voice).
- Professional communication skills and comfort in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, Service now, or MSDynamics
