About the role

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and deliverables, ensuring resource availability and allocation and deliverables Owning the delivery of a project: On time and Budget.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with the project scope.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and maintain project momentum.
  • Manage project documentation, including task lists, schedules, and status reports, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Oversee QA processes for client deliverables to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Be a problem solver for the internal and external stakeholders: Proposing solutions and seeking expertise for problem-solving complex issues affecting the delivery of the project.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and ensuring their vision is reflected in deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, developers, and strategists to optimize workflow and deliver excellence.
  • Guide the client through the project process, ensuring they always feel taken care of and in the know.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention, and support 8020 efforts in growing each account.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Webflow and an understanding of web design principles is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting deadlines.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or similar).
