About the role

  • Conduct intake sessions with each team at 73 Strings to collect AI-related use cases, pain points, and questions specific to their function
  • Design and structure tailored 2–3 hour training sessions for each team, covering relevant AI tools (Claude, and others as applicable) and practical workflows
  • Prepare training materials including agendas, slide decks, demos, hands-on exercises, and reference guides
  • Deliver trainings over Zoom or in person, adapting the format and depth to each team's level of AI familiarity
  • Document collected use cases and organize them into a structured knowledge base for future reference
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all training sessions with the respective teams
  • Gather feedback after each session and iterate on training content based on what worked and what didn't
  • Stay current on new features and best practices for Claude and other AI tools relevant to the company's work.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated from university (Bachelor's or Master's) with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer science, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Claude and other AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) — both in personal use and in understanding how to apply them to business contexts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Organized and self-directed — able to manage a multi-week training calendar, coordinate with multiple teams, and deliver on schedule with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment across different teams and time zones
  • Interest in FinTech or financial services is a plus but not required.
