About the role
- Define, communicate, and maintain the **product vision, strategy, and roadmap****
- Align product initiatives with overall business and digital transformation goals**
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery**
- Identify new product opportunities and validate business cases**
- Act as the primary interface between **business, technology, and leadership****
- Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to support go-to-market activities**
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior management**
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements**
- Work closely with **Product Owners, UX/UI, and Engineering teams** in Agile environments**
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on value, risk, and effort**
- Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data**
- Define and track **product KPIs and success metrics****
- Continuously optimize product performance, usability, and adoption
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in **Product Management** within the software or technology industry**
- Proven experience managing **enterprise or B2B software products****
- Strong understanding of **Agile / Scrum methodologies****
- Solid knowledge of the **software development lifecycle (SDLC)****
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills**
- APIs and system integrations**
- Cloud-based architectures**
- Modern software platforms**
- Experience with digital transformation solutions (e.g., BPM, CRM, ERP, workflow systems) is a strong plus.**
- Experience in **SaaS or platform-based products****
- Exposure to presales activities and client-facing engagements**
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Scrum
