About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive **Digital Marketing Strategy** aligned with business and revenue objectives.**
- Lead **B2B lead generation** initiatives across digital channels (Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Email, LinkedIn).**
- Own the end-to-end **marketing funnel** (Awareness → MQL → SQL → Conversion).**
- Collaborate closely with **Sales, Presales, and Business Development** teams to support pipeline growth.**
- Manage and optimize **performance marketing campaigns** (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).**
- Oversee content strategy focused on **software solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise clients**.**
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including **CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion rates**, and funnel performance.**
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.**
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when needed.**
- Strengthen brand presence and positioning in local and regional markets.
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**
- 7**+ years of experience** in Digital Marketing, with at least **2 years in a managerial or lead role**.**
- **Mandatory:** Previous experience in **Software, IT Services, SaaS, or Digital Transformation companies**.**
- Strong experience in **B2B marketing and lead generation**.**
- Solid understanding of **enterprise sales cycles** and complex buyer journeys.**
- Hands-on experience with:**
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads**
- SEO / SEM strategies**
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting**
- Experience using **CRM and marketing automation tools** (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).**
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.**
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
