Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with 1-year retail management experience
Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on qualified applicants, developing leaders, and encouraging employee productivity
Ability to use P&L and store reports
Ability to manage cash handling and fuel transactions
Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred Word, Excel)
Valid Driver’s License from state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance
