About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems, from cold beverage machines to lighting and security equipment
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
- Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently.
