About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, mobilisation and implementation of a future-focused Facilities & Maintenance operating model
- Own the transformation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks, governance and key decision points
- Set up clear governance, reporting rhythms, decision rights and escalation pathways across all workstreams
- Bring together stakeholders across operations, procurement, finance, technology, legal, people teams and external partners
- Lead transition planning for revised contracts, new ways of working, vendor management uplift and supporting technology changes
- Engage senior leaders to drive timely decisions, manage risks and keep delivery moving at pace
- Track and support benefits linked to service improvement, vendor performance, operating model change and cost discipline
- Define success measures, KPIs and reporting that provide clear visibility of progress, risks and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ experience delivering complex programmes, operating model change or large-scale service transformation
- Strong commercial, stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, governance and executive-level decisions
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments such as QSR, food, petrol, convenience or retail
