Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion
Review project updates and progress reports, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are on track
Engage with stakeholders—including internal Sr Leaders and Operations, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Provide clear and concise updates while facilitating effective decision-making
Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete construction projects while satisfying contract requirements
Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators for safety, quality, cost, and schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Construction and project management experience
Bachelor's Degree
Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4 + years of US military experience
