About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and execute the strategic direction of the company's retail real estate portfolio
- Manage acquisition and negotiation of complex leases
- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations based on market analysis
- Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and renewals
- Perform financial analysis and due diligence on new properties

- Develop and execute a real estate strategy
- Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's 4-year degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate Development and site selection
- Understanding of commercial leases and property management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
