Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively managing the happiness and renewal of a portfolio of assigned 6sense customers
- Partnering with a technical CSM to manage customer onboarding and product rollout
- Working with global enterprise customers on 6sense adoption and ROI generation
- Managing implementation projects and ensuring visibility into product performance
- Assisting customers in promoting service adoption and measuring value
- Identifying areas for additional customer growth and building customer advocates
- Becoming an expert on the 6sense predictive engine to align with business goals
- Advocating for customer product feature priorities internally
- Partnering with sales for pre-sales support and demos
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience, ideally from a high tech or SaaS company
- Experience working with global 1000 enterprise customers
- Experience advising customers including CxOs on SaaS platform adoption
- Project leadership experience
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack such as Marketing Automation and CRM
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- BA/BS degree is required; Master’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel to customer sites (~30%)
