Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience.
Proven experience building and leading product teams. You know how to coach PMs through complex roadmaps and create a culture of high accountability.
Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective. You have a track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale.
Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes.
You build operating rhythms that turn messy data and model dependencies into clean execution. You focus on the methodologies that ensure long-term product performance.
