Lead internal implementation efforts for the new ClickUp platform, working collaboratively with our team and the external vendor.
Execute data migration by transferring existing workflows and data from legacy systems (Smart Sheet) into ClickUp.
Create user documentation, developing simple step-by-step guides with screenshots to train new employees on the finalized ClickUp processes.
Transition to client engagement (post-rollout/full-time conversion) to fulfill vendor assessment requests, communicating with clients via email and phone

Mid-level professional experience.
Strong, hands-on expertise with ClickUp, specifically highlighting experience with automation, the bulk action toolbar, dashboards, and public sharing features.
Strong verbal communication skills and a comfort level with eventually speaking directly to clients.
Ability to clearly document processes (formal technical writing experience is not required).
