Lead the development and planning of the guest experience for P54 clients and partners
Lead all aspects of the partner guest experience, including working with the guest services team to deliver partner guest invitations and follow-up communications, managing partner guest lists, generating RSVP reports.
Drive innovative, forward-thinking guest management concepts to improve guest experience and maximise commercial opportunities for 54
Budget management across all guest management-related areas within Partnerships
Produce detailed proposals for events, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets
Support with the delivery of the Aramco guest management program at Aramco Team Series events: Gifting: Conceptualise unique partner gifting ideas within the event budget, Source and contract reliable suppliers for gift production, Manage shipping, packaging, distribution, and tracking of all gifts
Accommodation: Propose, arrange, and confirm all partner accommodation requirements across events, Coordinate partner accommodation needs with the Guest Services team before each event, Manage room inventory at relevant hotels for each event and coordinate any room drops
Transport: Create a detailed transport specification for partner-related transport requirements across events, Coordinate with the Guest Services team before each event , Conceptualise ways to enhance the partner transport experience
Hostesses: Manage partnership-related hostess requirements across events, Coordinate partner-related hostess needs with the guest management team, Arrange logistics (accommodation, transport), write hostess briefs, and manage partner-related hostess presence on site
Manage partner attendance at tournament-related Special Events, such as The Draft and Pro-Am Prizegiving, Conceptualise and execute bespoke events for partners, including dinners, experiences, golf clinics, etc. Including sourcing venues, managing budgets, sourcing entertainment and other suppliers, creating bespoke printed items and gifts specific to the event, managing guest logistics, managing communications, and being on-site for set-up
Ensure client rights and benefits are met as a minimum, striving to overachieve and where appropriate to strategically overdeliver
Requirements
Extensive travel is needed for this role, you will need to be comfortable travelling 8-10 weeks per year
