- Lead the delivery of Guest Experience elements of events
- Oversee project progress and milestone completion
- Ensure adherence to required processes
- Review supplier briefs, contracts, and negotiate pricing
- Manage Guest Experience budgets
- Facilitate compliance with insurance and legal obligations
- Lead post-event evaluation and client reports
- Interface with partners, agencies, and suppliers
