About the role
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Support Senior Management team.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets.
- Review projects on Salesforce
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese and Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Supporting with project budgets and accounting.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor invoices, customer invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments and collections.
- General Ledger Maintenance.
- Record journal entries for various transactions, including revenue, expenses, and adjustments.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare corporate tax returns and other tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese and Australian accounting standards and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software – MISA online
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
