About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform accounting operations for revenue and accounts receivable
Handle accounts payable processes
Perform and review monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
Drive improvements in financial close process
Be the primary accounting lead with external CPA firms
Review monthly accounting activity by Mexico accounting team
Build and maintain Excel workbooks for reconciliations
Manage bi-weekly payroll inputs
Manage corporate credit card accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
3+ years of experience working in QuickBooks
Solid experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of accrual and cash-basis accounting
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Clear and professional communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
An accounting degree is a must, CPA is a plus
