• **Brand & Marketing Strategy**
• - Develop and own the 360º brand and marketing strategy to deepen desire, conversation and community around 4th & Reckless.
• - Define brand positioning, messaging and seasonal priorities in partnership with Creative and Design.
• - Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, including campaign roadmap, channel strategy and growth initiatives.
• - Use cultural insights, social trends and competitive intelligence to inform forward-thinking brand direction.
• **Social & Content**
• - Oversee social vision, content strategy and channel performance across all global platforms.
• - Build an engaged, loyal community through best-in-class storytelling, platform innovation and two-way communication.
• - Set tone-of-voice and creative standards that ensure consistency and brand elevation.
• **Influencer & Events**
• - Lead influencer and creator strategy across tiers — from everyday advocates to top-tier talent.
• - Drive impactful seeding programs, paid collaborations and long-term ambassador relationships.
• - Ensure influencer partnerships deliver measurable brand heat, reach and authentic connection.
• - Own the strategy and execution of brand events, activations and pop-ups to drive buzz and emotional engagement.
• **Partnerships & Collaborations**
• - Identify and secure partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand perception and cultural relevance.
• - Manage launch plans end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional alignment and impact.
• **Leadership & Team Management**
• - Lead, inspire and develop a growing team across marketing disciplines.
• - Foster a culture of experimentation, creativity and accountability.
• - Partner closely with Creative, Design, E-commerce and Product teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven campaigns.
• - Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment and measurable ROI.
• **Performance & Insights**
• - Use analytics, customer data and market insights to refine strategies and optimise performance.
• - Report on KPIs related to brand growth, engagement, community, influencer ROI and event success.

Ecommerce

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly site performance, balancing revenue, conversion, and margin targets.
• Analyse performance across product, traffic, onsite behaviour, and marketing channels to identify growth opportunities.
• Own and deliver the digital trading calendar, ensuring launches, promotions, and drops are executed with the customer journey in mind.
• Take ownership of the onsite customer journey, ensuring navigation, PLPs, PDPs, checkout, and mobile experience are optimised for conversion.
• Identify and implement UX and CRO improvements, using data, insight, and testing to enhance engagement and reduce friction.
• Lead A/B testing and continuous optimisation initiatives in partnership with internal teams and external partners.
• Work closely with the Ecom Merchandiser to optimise category structure, product sequencing, and onsite storytelling.
• Ensure product pages are fully enriched with high-quality imagery, copy, sizing, and fit information to support performance.
• Manage promotional setup, onsite messaging, and banners to ensure smooth and accurate execution.
• Lead and manage the Customer Care team, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience.
• Use customer feedback, service data, and pain points to inform improvements across the site and journey.
• Oversee product uploads, inventory accuracy, and pricing integrity, ensuring operational excellence.
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, storytelling, and acquisition strategies with onsite performance and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising to highlight bestsellers, key drops, and inventory priorities.
• Work with Creative to ensure product presentation and content are optimised for both brand and performance.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting across commercial KPIs and experience metrics.
• Translate insight into clear actions and recommendations to continuously improve trading performance and customer experience.
