About the role
- Supporting the Salvage finance function
- Processing incoming and outgoing payments
- Managing purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
- Recording receipts from third-party platforms
- Processing financial information across multiple systems
- Completing weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Communicating with internal teams and external customers
- Handling office phone calls, daily post, and general finance duties
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance department
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office packages
- A proactive and flexible team player
- Reliable, conscientious, and solutions-focused
