About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play an active role in attracting, engaging, and supporting top talent throughout the recruitment process.
  • Screen candidates, manage application pipelines, and assist in creating a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen our company culture, organize team events, and take care of our office environment.
  • Actively engage with top talent across multiple channels, manage the full candidate lifecycle from application to offer.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Optimize internal team and company-wide HR processes, contribute ideas, and undertake administrative tasks.
  • Organize regular team events that strengthen cohesion and team spirit.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship.
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+).
  • Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Hands-On and Can-Do mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
