About the role
- As Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d) you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives that secure our long-term success.
- You will contribute significantly to the success of our platform by acquiring new customers and further developing existing partnerships.
- Identifying potential customers: you will proactively target strategically important local companies and leading brands across various industries and sectors.
- Relationship management: you will build close relationships with decision-makers and provide tailored solutions aligned with their specific business needs.
- Product presentations: you will use our full product portfolio and vehicle fleet to convincingly and individually demonstrate the value of our solution.
- Cross-functional collaboration: you will work closely with various teams to generate leads, expand networks and create marketing materials.
- Reporting: you will keep track of your sales activities, pipeline and revenue forecasts for your region.
- Process optimization: you will actively promote the exchange of best practices and a collaborative way of working within the team.
Requirements
- At least 5–10 years of sales experience, ideally in media or mobile advertising.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the DACH region.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in DACH, including customer preferences and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience across the full sales cycle – from acquisition and lead generation to contract closing.
- Proactive, goal-oriented working style and a good understanding of online formats, benchmarks and KPIs.
- Fluent German and English.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
