About the role

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on German corporate law, regulatory matters, and compliance topics.
  • Draft and review contracts (NDAs, employment agreements, terms of sale) and support contract management.
  • Assist with corporate legal matters including governance, internal policies, and regulatory compliance, liaising with leading law firms.
  • Support intellectual property and data privacy matters, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support legal projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a law degree (for Bachelor candidates at least 4th semester) or pursuing the state examination (Main Studies).
  • Strong academic record with a clear interest in corporate law, governance, and data privacy.
  • Prior legal work experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
