About the role
- As Sales Manager DACH, you play a key role in driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Identifying potential clients: You proactively target strategically important local companies and leading brands.
- Relationship management: You develop close relationships with decision-makers and provide tailored solutions.
- Product presentations: You leverage our full product offering and vehicle fleet to demonstrate the value of our solution.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with multiple teams to generate leads and develop marketing materials.
- Reporting: You keep track of your sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts for your region.
- Process optimization: You actively promote the sharing of best practices and a collaborative way of working.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in media or mobile advertising.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the DACH region.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in DACH, including customer preferences and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience across the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Proactive, goal-oriented work style and a solid understanding of online formats, benchmarks, and KPIs.
- Fluent German and English.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
