About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Servers, probes, sensors, and patterns.
  • Implement and maintain Service Mapping, defining topologies and relationships between services and infrastructure.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with inventory and security tools such as SCCM, Intune, Axonius, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Jamf, Tanium, Lansweeper, and others.
  • Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, creating data sources, import sets, and transform maps to ingest external data.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and fine-tuning of data collection, connections, and transformations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the technical success of deliverables.
  • Document configurations, scripts, integrations, and implemented best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in ITOM projects with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Hands-on experience with inventory and security tools: SCCM, Intune, Axonius, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Jamf, Tanium, Lansweeper
  • Technical expertise in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, certificates)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform context
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Technical English (reading and writing)
  • Previous experience in consulting or professional services projects
