About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Invoicing & payment processing – Drafting, generating and sending invoices, preparing transfers, and monitoring incoming payments.
  • Numbers & KPIs – Maintain key metrics, produce reports and small analyses to support our company management.
  • Accounts receivable management – Monitor outstanding items, ensure payment terms are met, and coordinate dunning/reminder processes.
  • Process optimization – Review, improve and document finance workflows.
  • Email communication – Friendly, professional correspondence with our tax advisor, the team and external partners.
  • Payroll preparation – Collect and prepare payroll data for our tax advisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, financial controlling or accounts receivable management – or comparable practical experience with demonstrable numerical aptitude.
  • Structured working style & attention to detail – you spot issues before they arise.
  • Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Self-responsibility & drive – you organize yourself without micromanagement.
  • Clear, friendly communication in German; English skills are a plus.
  • Team spirit & enthusiasm for improvements – you enjoy developing processes together.
