Creative Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure end-to-end delivery: You’re responsible for making sure your production team delivers reliably every week — and you step in when someone is unavailable.
- Meet team goals: You know the operational performance targets and help your team achieve them.
- Brief and provide feedback to Creative Strategists: You set the content direction, brief new clients and onboarding processes, and give feedback on script and strategy level.
- Client management and calls: You are the first point of contact for clients in Slack and run the regular client calls.
- Second escalation point for your team: When video editors, the Content Manager, or Production Assistant can’t resolve an issue with their direct contacts, you handle it.
- Manage team capacity: You recognize when the production team reaches capacity limits and are responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Continuous improvement: You continuously develop your production team — processes, projects, employee development and training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Performance Creative, Creative Strategy, or Paid Social — ideally at a D2C agency or in your own e-commerce brand.
- Deep understanding of Direct Response Ads and funnels — you must be able to write copy and understand what makes strong creatives and funnels.
- Operational strength — you keep track of multiple clients, deadlines, and team capacities at the same time.
- Ego-free leadership — you lead your team instead of doing everything yourself.
- Self-motivation and ownership — you don’t need close supervision; you want to shape things and continuously improve.
- Client focus — you communicate clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented with clients.
- Team spirit and a sense of humor — we work closely together, support each other, and don’t take ourselves too seriously — but always with a performance mindset.
