Requirements
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts (under VOB/B and BGB) in collaboration with project and legal departments
- Assessing and handling change orders, claims and contractual risks during project execution
- Supporting tendering and procurement procedures – in close coordination with Purchasing and Project Management
- Monitoring contractual frameworks and enforcing rights and obligations vis‑à‑vis clients and subcontractors
