About the role
- Bring Lean methods to construction projects: implement takt planning, the Last Planner system and other Lean techniques directly on-site.
- Support and coach teams: assist with applying Lean tools in day-to-day work.
- Lead workshops and training: deliver sessions to embed Lean knowledge across the organization.
- Sustainably improve processes: promote continuous improvement (CIP) and permanently establish new ways of working within projects.
