Requirements
- Preparation, review and management of tender documents, contracts and specifications
- Conducting market analyses and selecting suitable contractors and suppliers
- Communication and negotiation with suppliers and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies
- Performing bid evaluations and preparing decision memoranda
- Preparation and analysis of quantity take-offs; determining quantities, scopes of work and values in close cooperation with technical management
