About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the Plant’s overall cleanliness, including the yard, warehouse areas, bathrooms, breakroom, offices, and frequently touched equipment
Pick up debris and garbage and dispose of it properly
Empty all trash
Communicate directly with plant management on a regular basis
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform work involving repetitive lifting and movement throughout entire shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Attention to detail required to promote safety for you and others
High motivation and ability to work overtime as necessary
Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, elements, and air particulate
Ability to repetitively lift up to 50–75 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye protection, ear protection where mandatory, and safety shoes
Close vision, distance vision, and color vision abilities
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm on 1st shift
