Shift Lead – Part Time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
- Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
- Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
- Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
- Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
- Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
- Check to make sure loads are secure
- Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
- Perform basic financial data entry
- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Forklift certification
