About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on HR systems, processes, and company procedures.
- Facilitate New Manager Training and ongoing leadership development programs.
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and system guides.
- Train leaders on HR technologies, including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, iCIMS, Learning Management Systems, and other business systems.
- Partner with HR teams (including Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, HRIS), and other cross-functional teams to identify training needs and close knowledge gaps.
- Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course assignments, completion tracking, and reporting.
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase system utilization, process consistency, and manager capability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar preferred
- 3-5 years of corporate/organizational training, learning and development, HR operations, or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Learning Management Systems
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
- Ability to work both within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks
