About the role

  • You advise and sell our wide product portfolio with a particular focus on heat pumps to single-family homeowners in your region (maximum travel time: 90 minutes).
  • You independently organize and structure on-site appointments and consultations according to your customers’ needs.
  • You ensure transparent communication and deliver tailored solutions from first contact through to the successful completion of the project.
  • You address fundamental technical questions about heat pumps on site (we will provide training, but you should have basic technical understanding and interest).
  • Our inside sales team qualifies your leads in advance, so you can expect to speak with prospects who have genuine interest.
  • You act as the link between the inside sales team, customers, and project coordination.
  • A company vehicle is provided for field appointments (private use possible).
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about sustainable energy systems.
  • You prepare quotes using our partially automated quotation tool.

Requirements

  • You have experience in technical sales, ideally in B2C field sales, and are passionate about renewable energy (especially heat pumps).
  • You work independently, organize efficiently, and are solution-oriented in customer consultations.
  • With your communication skills and service orientation, you build strong relationships with our customers.
  • You are digitally savvy, quick to learn new tools, and use them to optimize your work.
  • You are a team player, bring a positive attitude, and actively work toward shared goals.
  • You speak fluent German (C1–C2, required).
  • You hold a driver’s license class B (required).
