About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our prospective customers and contribute to increasing sales through competent, customer-focused online consultations.
- You record technical details, interpret them, and create a system-supported, individually tailored proposal.
- You explain the technical benefits of heat pumps in a clear and accessible way and answer all relevant questions.
- You support customers in their decision-making, present the optimal solution, and persuasively communicate the advantages of 42watt and our concepts.
- You work closely with the field sales team and prepare efficient contract closures by coordinating appointments and planning routes following successful customer conversations.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field—experience in technical consulting is ideal.
- Career changers are warmly welcome.
- You are interested in renewable energy and sustainable technologies, especially heat pumps, and are eager to deepen your knowledge.
- You understand technical relationships and can explain complex issues in a clear and understandable way.
- You are a communicative team player who enjoys finding the best solutions for customers.
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus but not required.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and remain calm under pressure.
- You are confident using common office tools (we use G Suite, Slack, and Notion), and ideally have experience with CRM systems.
- You speak fluent German (C1–C2 is a must).
