Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Security Architecture, Information Security, or related technical roles
At least 2+ years specifically focused on AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI security
Demonstrated experience in architecting and securing AI/ML systems and the platforms that support them
Working knowledge of financial services / FinTech / HR-tech regulatory environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred
