Implementing and supporting virtualization, compute, and storage systems, including SAN environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of experience in systems implementation and support in complex, high-performance environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Experience working within enterprise architecture and software development lifecycle frameworks
Ability to support proof-of-concept activities and technical evaluations
Strong working knowledge of converged compute platforms (Cisco UCS, HPE Synergy, Dell PowerEdge MX)
Solid understanding of Fiber Channel SAN environments (MDS), including zoning and troubleshooting
Ability to troubleshoot networking across OSI layers
Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting systems
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, REST APIs, Ansible)
Strong working knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, ESXi)
Experience with enterprise block storage platforms (e.g., Pure FlashArray, Dell EMC PowerMax)
