About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate, research, prioritize, and coordinate resolution of system issues, enhancement requests, bugs, and operational challenges
Design, build, test, and maintain internal software tools, workflows, and automated solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Partner with business stakeholders, Product, and Development teams to gather requirements, review priorities, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
Identify process inefficiencies, data quality concerns, and recurring operational challenges, recommending and implementing sustainable improvements
Support the delivery of system enhancements and technology initiatives by managing priorities, participating in solution design discussions, and driving work from concept through implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
1+ year experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes quickly
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization to resolve business and system related issues.
