About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the external developer portal
Maintain a cohesive Developer Experience (DX) strategy across documentation, onboarding, sandbox environments, and integration workflows
Own the coordination and publication of external APIs within the developer portal
Partner with Engineering teams to ensure APIs are well-documented, versioned appropriately, and supported with clear integration guidance
Guide the complete end-to-end integration lifecycle experience
Promote adoption of new technologies (AI, automation) to enhance product capabilities and customer value

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS degree or higher in related field
8+ years of experience in product management
Proven success in developing product vision and strategy, working backward from the customer
Proven experience as a technical Product Manager or Product Owner
Strong business acumen with the ability to relate produce metrics to business outcomes
Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
