About the role

  • Own the daily flow of incoming support emails and chat messages
  • Be accountable for a small group of assigned clients for ongoing maintenance
  • Partner with CSMs to ensure client services are set up completely
  • Research and troubleshoot client issues
  • Deliver consistently strong written communication and manage multiple requests
