About the role
- Own the daily flow of incoming support emails and chat messages
- Be accountable for a small group of assigned clients for ongoing maintenance
- Partner with CSMs to ensure client services are set up completely
- Research and troubleshoot client issues
- Deliver consistently strong written communication and manage multiple requests
Requirements
- Must live in the Greater Philadelphia area for team meetings
- Strong accountability and initiative
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, request-driven environment
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills (email + chat)
- Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comfortable learning detailed services quickly
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, Teamwork Projects, Teamwork Desk, and ChatGPT
