Property Manager – Real Estate Manager – Asset Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the first point of contact for our commercial and residential properties (no WEG/condominium owners' association administration) and keep all property-related matters in view, ensuring professional care of our assets.
- You responsibly manage correspondence with clients, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers.
- You record defects and damage reports, develop pragmatic solutions and reconcile tenant and company interests.
- You check invoices, allocate costs correctly and support the BKA team as a central interface.
- You record and maintain tenant and property data in the integrated property management system.
- You monitor contractual rights and obligations under lease agreements.
- You carry out property inspections independently and support handovers in the context of new lettings.
- You develop targeted cost optimizations and implement them in close coordination with the team leader.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial or real estate-related vocational training, preferably as an "Immobilienkaufmann" (real estate clerk), or an equivalent qualification
- Initial solid professional experience in property management, real estate administration or a related field
- Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with tenants, service providers and internal contacts
- Strong cost awareness and commercial thinking
- Organizational talent with a sense for the essentials – even when managing multiple topics in parallel
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with property management systems is an advantage
- Team spirit and service orientation
- A valid driver's license (Class B) is an advantage
