About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent responsibility for leasing our nationwide portfolio, primarily composed of commercial properties
  • Communication with various brokers, prospective tenants and other service providers in the real estate sector
  • Coordination and organization of all necessary steps to ensure the smooth completion of leasing transactions, from preparing offers to signing the lease agreement
  • Preparation of amendments, lease extensions (prolongations), etc.
  • Maintenance and expansion of our network of potential tenants and intermediary partners
  • Development of location-specific leasing strategies and leasing concepts
  • Management of leasing processes and accountability for results
  • Property viewings and advising prospective tenants
  • Creation of compelling property exposés and reports
  • Commercial control of any tenant fit-out requests, including investment and rent calculations (interface with Property & Facility Management)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training as a real estate clerk/real estate agent, a completed degree, or a comparable professional qualification
  • Several years of experience in leasing management of residential and commercial properties, with secure knowledge of tenancy and contract law
  • Passion for sales and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills and a customer- and service-oriented approach
  • Experienced sales professional with advisory competence and empathy for a wide range of clients
  • Independent, flexible and structured working style, with enthusiasm and assertiveness
  • Experience with administrative software, particularly in master data and contract management (knowledge of iX-Haus desirable)
  • Very good MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
