About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our commercial and residential properties (no condominium owners’ association management) and keep an eye on all property-related matters, ensuring professional oversight of our assets
- You responsibly manage correspondence with clients, tenants, contractors, suppliers, authorities and custodial staff
- You record reported defects, develop pragmatic solutions and balance tenant and company interests
- You review invoices, allocate costs correctly and support the BKA team as a central interface
- You capture and maintain tenant and property data in the integrated property management system
- You monitor contractual rights and obligations under leases
- You conduct property inspections independently and assist with handovers as part of new lettings
- You develop targeted cost-optimization measures and implement them in close coordination with the team leader
Requirements
- Completed commercial or real estate vocational training, preferably as a Real Estate Agent (Immobilienkaufmann) or a comparable qualification
- Initial solid professional experience in property management, real estate administration or a related field
- Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner with tenants, service providers and internal contacts
- Strong cost awareness and commercial thinking
- Organisational talent with an eye for the essentials – even when multiple issues run in parallel
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with property management systems is an advantage
- Team player with a service-oriented approach
- A Class B driving licence is an advantage
