Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and support the development of services, processes, and system solutions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and long-term effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve services through digitalization, automation, and AI, delivering better efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical solutions and ensure smooth execution.
  • Define, document, and maintain processes, workflows, and service standards to support consistent operations.
  • Manage rollout activities, including planning, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure successful adoption.
  • Analyze performance data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable business results.
  • Promote standardized and scalable ways of working that enhance operational efficiency and support future growth.
  • Act as a key link between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions meet both operational and customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Min 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing services, processes, or system-related solutions
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end initiatives from requirements and design to deployment and post-go-live support
  • Experience working across business, IT, and operations in an international environment, ideally within IT service providers, finance or leasing
  • Strong background in continuous improvement, process optimization, or automation
  • Strong execution and coordination skills with a proactive, delivery-focused approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions
  • Ability to structure complex topics into clear plans and actions
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and communication
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured, pragmatic, and ownership-driven working style
  • Strong English communication skills, proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage.
